Whitehall Housing Development

The Whitehall Housing Development is a duplex project located just outside of Columbus, Ohio, that is designed to meet the demand for long term rentals due to the growing tech industry. With a focus on maximizing lot space, this development will consist of eight units spread across four duplexes. Each of the two units has a spacious layout, featuring four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a 370 SF garage, and outdoor living areas on all three levels. The most notable feature of this development is the incorporation of SIPS as the primary building material.
