Vinsetta Addition

When our clients needed more living space, they came to us with a vision to add an addition onto their mid-century modern home located on top of a steep hill. This project is a combination of alternative construction methods as well as more traditional ones. The 1319 sf addition blends a steel super-structure with conventional stud framing, which provides an additional private wing as well as an upper deck to the existing single family home.
