Patric brings 8 years of experience as a top sales manager for a Fortune 500 Company and 23 years of warehouse management for the fifth largest defense contractor to TSI as Chief Product Officer, overseeing the buildout of the factory and its processes, and managing the operating team. In 2007 Patric organized, managed, and facilitated the rehabilitation of 27 houses and two- family flats.  A large percentage of these homes required total makeovers including new electrical, plumbing, drywall, kitchens, baths, doors, windows, roofs, and additions. Patric’s hands-on construction experience began with the design and construction of his own 2,500 square-foot home in 1999.

RAOUL DAVIS
Chief Marketing Officer

Raoul brings 15 years of experience in branding and marketing. Raoul has helped secure a feature on HGTV's Container Homes and secured national media coverage with ABC News, Huffington Post, and USA Today.  Raoul plays a key role in leading the firms positioning in the marketplace and advising the CEO. Raoul has been invited to speak at small business forums in Egypt, The Caribbean, and UPENN while also being one of 100 small business leaders invited to a White House, U.S. Chamber, and U.S. Senate business forum in 2012.  Raoul is considered one of the foremost experts on CEO and executive branding.  He is a regular contributor to Forbes, Hoovers, and American City Business Journal.   He completed his undergraduate degree at Winston-Salem State University, and obtained his master’s degree in Public Administration at the University of Delaware School of Urban Affairs and Public Policy.

Mark brings nearly 40 years of experience to TSI. Mark has legal experience in creation of securities offerings and Reg. D private placements, entrepreneurial startup ventures, public benefit corporations, mergers & acquisitions, commercial real estate development and the development of franchise businesses and regulatory compliance. In addition to his legal expertise, Mr. Meyerdirk consults with businesses for capital formation structures, complex contract negotiations, business plans, strategic plans, franchise business designs, internet project coordination, and represents professional speakers and personalities. Mark graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder, with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and from Washburn University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree.

JEAN-CLAUDE "JC" ALTEN
Director of Project Management

With more than 30 years of professional experience, Jean-Claude “JC” Alten has successfully directed the delivery of well over 3 million square feet of new construction. Supporting clients from retail to technology, hospitality to corporate office, banking, museums and manufacturing, Mr. Alten has worked as a construction manager, consultant, owner’s project manager and representative overseeing new construction, tenant improvements, corporate restacks and relocations. After pursuing undergraduate studies in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design and Architecture at Michigan State University and Rochester Institute of Technology, Mr. Alten completed a graduate degree in Building Construction Management at New York University.

NASIR GOULD
Development Associate

Nasir joins Three Squared as our committed Development Associate. He will work with us to create resilient projects across the globe. Nasir brings 10+ years of entrepreneurial experience. He was born and raised in the city of Reading, PA, and has been an entrepreneur since he was 14 years old. Nasir has been an advocate for building with shipping containers for 5+ years. His passion for community development lead to him purchasing vacant lots in his hometown. After that he became a Real Estate Developer, which allowed him to learn the fundamentals of how to run a successful business. Now, Nasir is the founder and CEO of The SubConscious Club and he is revitalizing the community he grew up in, starting with an innovative home in honor of his late Aunt Doris. His company is currently one of the fastest growing black-owned businesses in Arizona! Nasir thrives from sharing his knowledge with others while also being able to provide attainable housing solutions.

NATHAN ICKES
Architectural Designer

Nathan Ickes is a recent graduate of Lawrence Technological University. He was the shop manager for three years at makeLab in Pontiac, MI, which is a fabrication studio used for research, industry sponsored projects, and international workshops. He has been part of multiple student study abroad teams traveling to Tirana, Albania in 2018 and Port Elizabeth, South Africa in 2019. Nathan stays involved at his Alma mater as an Adjunct Instructor teaching students digital fabrication prototyping  techniques and processes.
