The Hemptons

The Hemptons is an exciting project located in upstate New York. We are taking the original foundation of our client’s old schoolhouse and placing containers on top to build an innovative single-family home. This project comes in at 1,597 sf, complete with three bedrooms and two baths. Arguably one of the best features is the walkout deck that overlooks the pond and hemp fields on the property. The Hemptons is expected to begin construction in the summer of 2022.
