Summit Habitat House

Courtney Thompson_Exterior-02_logo.png

The Summit Habitat House located in Petersburg, Virginia is a single family residential project with space maximization at the core.

Coming in at a total of 2,240 sf this home is designed with 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that are able to accommodate 9 people.

A challenging narrow lot was no issue for our expert team that was able to create a unique design that will utilize 8 shipping containers to get the most space out of the lot.
The home will also feature solar panels, allowing for secure and sustainable energy for the residents.

The most important part of this project is that our client is the Tri-Cities Habitat For Humanity. Meaning that this home is being designed and built to help a local family of the Petersburg VA community.
