Royal Home

Royal Home is a project piloted by the city of Fort Wayne, Indiana and led by developer JT King to introduce sustainable and energy efficient housing to the city's residents. In total this home will come in at 1,800 SF with four beds and two baths. Additionally the project will utilize SIPS, creating a high energy efficient house that will be seeking Passive House certification. The Royal Home project is a carbon copy of the Cochrane Home, with the expectation of additional bedrooms. This home adds to the growing portfolio of houm powered by Three Squared, Inc. projects.
