Royal Container

Royal Container is a 1,600 sf single family home located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The 2-story home is made from 5 shipping containers and is designed with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and an open kitchen, living, and dining space.

This project is just one home apart of a four home development in the city, that is amining to highlight different building typologies. This development led by developer JT King, hopes to bring awareness to innovative building techniques that could help fight the housing crisis.

The Royal Container is expected to break ground in early 2024.
