MOJO Detroit

Across six lots, the developer is working to provide 16 affordable units. An existing quad-plex structure is being renovated and kept as part of the development. The next step is to construct four new container buildings, each hosting three units. The remaining lot will be left open as a private park and green space for the residents of the MOJO Detroit development. Each building stands three stories tall, with a stair tower and parking to the rear of the lots which meet at a city-owned alleyway. This alleyway will be maintained by and for the development to further strengthen community advocacy and help repair the surrounding neighborhood.
