Model Center

This three-story, two-unit townhouse is composed of six 40 foot high-cube shipping containers and three 20 foot standard containers. The building was erected in only six hours and fifteen minutes during the summer of 2015. The building hosts two units. The first unit is two-stories with two beds and two-and-a-half baths. The second unit is a third story penthouse with one bed and one full bath. The designers were able to leave strategic interior container walls and ceilings exposed to incorporate industrial elements to a modern design as well as experiment with a variety of exterior cladding materials.
