High Garden Arbor

High Garden Arbor is a unique and complex project located in Pinckney, Michigan. This development comprises five different designs ranging from a three bed two bath single family home to a two bed two bath duplex, and multiple variations in between. Although each home is slightly different in terms of layout and design, there is a continued aesthetic among each building creating a sense of community which our clients were looking for. The five homes in this project include: Terra Supra Duplex (2 bed, 2 bath, 960 SF and 1 bed, 2 bath, 640 SF), Terra Farma (4 bed, 3 bath, 2,336 SF), Terra Vista (3 bed, 3 bath, 2,240 SF), and Terra Vista Duplex (2 bed, 2 bath, 1,280 SF and 960 SF).
