The home hosts three beds and three full baths with the capacity to sleep up to sixteen guests, as it contains a combination of sofa beds and bunk beds. There are ample outdoor deck and patio spaces that range from fully-public to fully-private, including an outdoor dining space, hot tub, and shower area. The site is heavily wooded with a steep slope down to the lake, with maximized living room views out to the water, nearby islands, and the inlet of the winding mountain lake.
