Cochrane Home

Located in the North Corktown Neighborhood of Detroit, Michigan, the Cochrane Home is a two-story, 1,800 SF three bed and two bath single-family home. This project includes a 430 SF detached single-car garage that can be accessed by an alleyway from the main home. It also includes an in-law suite above the garage that provides an additional 430 SF. This room can be accessed from the main house by a second level bridge. The construction of this house includes IVB Steel and wood envelope with interior wood and drywall partitions that are semi-protected. The Cochrane Home is the first project from the houm and Three Squared, Inc. Partnership. With the design and construction of this project, comes the official prototype of the houm product, pioneering a new way of how homes are built.
