Cochrane Commons

Cochrane Commons is a multi-family and multi-use development located behind Three Squared, Inc’s offices in the city of Detroit. The project includes three residential blocks, a taphouse/restaurant, an office space, and multiple retail spaces. Additionally there will be a 4,600 sf performance center, recording and rehearsal spaces, and a parking deck that will connect the east and west sides of the development.

When completed the project will total 253,394 sf of new construction adding to the exciting developments surrounding the renovation of Detroit’s Michigan Central Station.
