Revealing an exciting first of its kind project!

Casa Del Mar is a duplex container home located in Nags Head, North Carolina.

The Duplex home consists of two units in total. The first unit is a two-story, 1920 sf home with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.

The second unit is a three-story, 2238 sf unit with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths.

To maximize space on a long but narrow lot, the two units were designed in two C-shaped setups, being connected in the center.

In total this project comes in at 4,158 sf consisting of a total of 14 containers.
