Bridge of Grace

Bridge of Grace Housing is a collection of two-story tri-plex developments located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The project consists of a 3,000 SF building housing three individual residential units, collectively providing seven bedrooms and four bathrooms. The units consist of a two-floor townhome-style unit, a first floor unit, and a second floor unit.

Currently designed with shipping containers and a wooden truss roof system to support multi-family living at a neighborhood scale, the development contributes thoughtfully planned housing to the surrounding community.

To explore other scalable and innovative construction options, the current triplex design would need to be re-configured to match the construction methods of New Energy Homes, Guardian Shield Panels, and Rival Holdings.
