Adrian College Student Housing

The Adrian College Student Housing is a dormitory project that adds single-student studio living spaces to the campus.

It consists of eight identical 310sf dorms per building, each with a kitchenette, full bathroom, in-unit laundry, and a reconfigurable studio living space with ample natural lighting.

Two levels of covered patios span between the units, offering occupants upper-level access and outdoor gathering space to be used year-round.
