He is also the co-founder of Grove Studios, a 24/7 self-service music rehearsal and recording space, reflecting his ability to create entrepreneurial ventures that merge creativity and infrastructure.

Beyond his work with architecture and development, Rick has been a professional musician, guitarist, and producer for over 30 years, recording six albums and countless other projects.
