Architectural Designer

Marisa Riley joined Three Squared, Inc. in 2022, contributing her design expertise and hands-on fabrication skills to some of the firm’s most innovative projects. A graduate of Lawrence Technological University’s Master of Architecture program (2024), Marisa played a key role in assembling and finalizing the core design of the Cochrane Home, the inaugural prototype for Houm. Her ability to balance design vision with technical execution makes her an integral part of the team’s push toward modular and prefabricated building systems.
Beyond her work with Three Squared, Marisa is a creative with a deep love of art and experience. She has been a professional photographer since 2015, specializing in weddings, portraits, and live music, and has attended over 100 concerts. She also enjoys traveling and hiking, finding inspiration through different cultures and nature. Her commitment to community-driven design extends internationally as well—she spent three weeks in South Africa volunteering to build a daycare using reclaimed materials, underscoring her passion for sustainable and socially impactful design.
