DESHAWN WILSON

DeShawn Wilson is a Development Associate at Three Squared, Inc., where he champions the integration of innovative construction methods and creative financing strategies to advance affordable housing solutions. A native of Detroit and a U.S. Navy Veteran, DeShawn served his country for 21 years, building a career marked by dedication, leadership, and service. Since joining the TSI team in 2022, he has brought that same commitment to supporting housing initiatives that prioritize inclusivity, resilience, and community impact.

 

Beyond his role at Three Squared, DeShawn leads Duke Investments & Associates and actively mentors other veterans in their professional and personal endeavors. He is deeply passionate about urban development and ensuring that alternative construction methods, including modular and prefabricated systems, can expand opportunities for families in Detroit and beyond. Outside of architecture and development, DeShawn enjoys networking, boating, and traveling, and he continues to approach each new venture with a spirit of service and connection.
