Greetings I am in Detroit and have exciting news.

September 6, 2012 08:52:00
Greetings, I am in Detroit and have exciting news. We are on track to break ground on our Model Center on October 15. City officials in Planning & Development Dept are excited for this to move forward and cooperating with the design and zoning to ease the process. The Model Center will take less than 45 days to complete and we will open our doors to pre-sell units to our Rosa Parks and Michigan Ave projects (expected to build in April 2013).

And what could be more exciting than breaking ground on our landmark project? How about rebranding the company with Chris Collins at American Design Co? Chris has worked with the likes of Kevin Harrington of the ABC show Shark Tank. We have officially launched our new look, new website and soon an ad campaign for BOTH of our companies in the next 3 weeks.

I am working in the midst of the most incredible team that is moving mountains.  We are changing the world of construction as it is known today.

Sincerely,
Leslie Horn, CEO
